At a young age, I remember going with my father to a well-known small engine repair shop so they could take a look at his string trimmer that wasn’t running. The gentleman working on another piece of equipment told us it would be two weeks before they could even look at it. At the time, I remember thinking, “Wow, it shouldn’t take two weeks just to inspect a customer’s equipment.”
Now, as the owner of a small engine repair shop, I can ensure that once a piece of equipment enters my shop, it won’t sit for two weeks — or even two days — without at least being inspected to determine whether it’s a quick fix.
Tiny Engine Tune Ups was created out of passion and a need for affordable, timely service. No homeowner or commercial landscaper should have to wait weeks to get their equipment back just because of a backlog.
